A rather imprecise term in Persian that may comprise any or all of the following styles of ownership or property : complete ownership; perfect ownership; absolute ownership; severalty; clear title : good title; marketable title; one free from encumbrance, obstruction, burden or limitation; merchantable title; just title; exclusive possession (ie of landed property, or automotive vehicles); exclusive title; title to the entirety (of); absolute title; single ownership (ie of an enterprise, business, shop, etc); individual proprietorship. Any style of ownership of property that is without defect or reasonable doubt even though the subject property may be encumbered.
